2. What data we collect
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, ID series and number, phone, e-mail (needed to conclude the rental contract).
- Billing data: when you request an invoice (individuals or companies).
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited - collected through cookies (see our Cookie policy).
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Conclusion and performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting) (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest in preventing fraud and damage and recovering any losses (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consent for marketing and non-essential cookies (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) - which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Storage period
We keep data only as long as necessary: for the duration of the contract and afterwards according to the legal archiving periods (generally up to 10 years for financial-accounting documents). Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We may share it only with: public authorities (when required by law) and our service providers (accounting, IT, payments) acting as processors, under a confidentiality obligation.
