Rental conditions
The rented vehicle is the property of our company. It may be used by the renter only for the period stated in the contract and in compliance with the agreed conditions. The owner reserves the right to refuse a rental or its extension.
Use
- Electric bikes can be used without a kilometre limit on the territory of Romania.
- Electric bikes (including the Fat Bike) are ridden without a driving licence in the standard configuration.
Minimum age
- For renting electric bikes, the minimum age is 16.
Payment
- The rental fee and the deposit are paid in advance, at the time of rental. We accept cash, card, Revolut or bank transfer.
Deposit
- A deposit is charged for each rented vehicle and is returned in full when the vehicle is handed back in the same condition it was received.
- The deposit may be withheld in part or in full in case of damage, loss of keys or of the vehicle's accessories.
- Note: The rental period cannot be extended using the deposit. The deposit serves to compensate the owner in case of damage.
Handover and return
- The vehicle is handed over in good working order and must be returned in the same condition.
- For late returns: the first 2 hours are free; a delay of more than 3 hours is charged as an additional day.
Additional fees
- Any traffic fine, flat tyre, bridge or parking toll, as well as the cost of any repairs (for damage caused by the renter) shall be borne by the renter. By signing the contract, the customer assumes the payment obligation.
- Vehicles returned unwashed: a fee between 50 and 100 lei.
- Vehicles returned with missing accessories may be charged additionally, according to the contract.
Renter's obligations
The renter undertakes to:
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws.
- Not use the vehicle for commercial purposes without the company's written consent.
- Immediately report any technical problem, accident or damage.
By signing the rental contract, the renter declares that they have read and agree with the terms and conditions presented.
